Well organized and decent selection. They moved the long line at checkout quickly. I feel like Old Navy has gotten kind of expensive, which is the only reason for the 4 stars.

Not enough small sizing in items. They basically cater to larger women in this store. Also one of my recent night visits there was a gas leak. I asked the checkout staff to tell the Mgr and they didn't care. The girl checking me out said she smelled it as well. I was sick before I Even left. I detoured the next customer coming in for their safety and they turned around and left

Today I visited the Geneva, IL Location because I was in dire need of some new shorts!I looked online first to see whaty options where, and noticed that for "2 days only" they were having a $12 sale.So I headed into the store, keep in mind that gas prices are at an all the HIGH ($5.15 a gallon) and I drive a gas guzzling truck, not to mention having to drag 2 toddlers along for a 45 minute drive.I noticed once in the store that the jean shorts were not on sale for $12 ??? because that was an online deal only... But of course, that's just my luck!I figured, welp... I drove all the way here, so I'm still getting them no matter what the price now.I got up to the check out, and the nice girl asked how I was. And literally not complaining, I mentioned how I was bummed, that "I thought the jean shorts where $12" she kindly said, well if you can show me online, I'll honor the price!Literally to my EXCITEMENT, I quickly showed her and she was definitely able to honor the price!These days it's the little things like this! She honestly didn't have to give me.the sale price, but she was kind, and did!I wish I would've gotten her name so I can tell the manager how great she was, and that she made this Mama's day!
