Just left the store with a bad experience. My son was going to purchase a birthday gift, But not after how I was treated by the manager Alyssa.I asked if I could please get my ring’s cleaned and she said yes. Then proceeded to say “girl do you wear lotion”? And I replied with “yes ?”And she seemed bothered that I use lotion and she said “I’m just giving you a warning, that’s why your jewelry is cloudy and your stones are falling”.Didn’t know company’s give out warnings.. for using lotion.I didn’t want to argue about jewelry, because honestly it’s very uncalled for.Since I was astonished by her treatment I asked for her name and she gave it to me and then said“ I am the manager if you need to talk” in a (very condescending tone). Very unprofessional attitude towards a customer. Not sure why she wanted to act like that towards me. Felt personally attacked. And as I proceeded to walk out she said “ have a great day “ in a very (sarcastic way).

Wonderful ladies at this store! I'm closer to Algonquin but was not impressed with the reviews, so I decided to come here though further away, and I'm glad I did!Beautiful store in a really nice shopping enclave with super pleasant and helpful sales girls. :)

Waited 15 minutes tonight with 2 people working and 4 people in store including us and no acknowledgment from either employee and worse yet the second employee came from the back and waited on someone that came in store after us. Horrible customer service and lost a large sale.

Came right before Christmas, it was busy but Amelia was very helpful and was able to show me a necklace and bracelet that matched really well and I feel like my fiance will be happy :)

Wouldn’t buy anything from here even if it was free. Their manger is a see you next Tuesday. Their associates are brainless birds and you shouldn’t spend a dime with these clowns. Also, store smelled like sewage and feet

Ordered online for store pick up. Got to the store and told them I was there for a pick up. Was put on the wait list. I took about 30 min of wasted time to get out of there. Don’t waste your time here. Shop somewhere else.

After reading several reviews it appears this is a common issue at this location. We bought a dangle charm less than 2 weeks ago and the clasp separated causing part of the charm to become loose. The associates blamed it on us, told us it was our fault basically and pretty much offered zero help. They gave us warranty information which states to bring the charm to your local pandora store…. so why couldn’t they help? I have no idea! It seems like this is a common issue they have at this location, it’s everyone else’s fault except their own. Additionally, the bent the charm even more at the store causing the rest of the dangle to become loose and now it’s in 3 different pieces rather than the 2 we brought it in as.

Used to love to shop here. Yesterday I went in to see if a bracelet that had a stone fall out was less than a year old and therefore replaceable. A clerk began to help me and then another very rude and brash clerk started almost yelling at me that the bracelet was bent and therefore not replaceable. I felt accused and admonished - and honestly I was fine wearing the bent bracelet - I should have just requested the stone be replaced. In any case, wasn’t at all made to feel like a customer that has made quite a few significant purchases over the years. I won’t be going back. I wish I had noted the rude clerk’s name because I don’t think that’s the type of employee you want representing Pandora.

Always used to come here to buy my girlfriend Pandora. We have done many purchases here and we loved it. But recently that I try to exchange (not return) a ring that I have bought within a week they don’t want to take it because the ring is not in good condition/ round. I bought this ring and within a week the gem fell off. We brought it back and they said they would exchange as soon as they had some in stock. We then waited. Rings came back in stock we came in and now they are saying they can’t take the ring back. Worse service ever I won’t be coming back here again.

Ok so this happened about a week ago and i was hesitant about writing a review but i thought i should because this ridiculous what happened.I went into the store to get my ring that i have had for 3 month’s replaced because one of the stones fell out. I have gotten this ring replaced 2 times now within the past year for the exact same reason WITH NO PROBLEM: (pandora replaces there rings with any manufacturer defects if it’s been within a yea) until i went this past time. i go in and i tell the lady what has happened and i explain to her that this would be the 3rd ring i have gotten replaced. immediately she kinda had a little bit of a smart attitude with me probably because i was younger (i’m 18). and she asked me “do you sleep in it and wear it in the shower and wash your hands.” i say yes. so then she began to tell me that they can’t replace it because it’s not a manufactured defect because i sleep,shower,and wash my hands in it and that’s why the stones fell out. i then told her that the stone fell out when i was at work and that i am ALWAYS washing my hands and i am using heavy machinery. (i am i CNA). she still said that there was nothing they could do and it wasn’t there fault. every other times i have went to pandora to get my ring replaced they have NEVER asked me those questions they have always replaced my ring without ANY questions. i even told her that. and still nothing. i think this girl just had something out for me or it’s just the fact of who’s right and who’s wrong i don’t know but very poor customer service here. don’t recommend at all. i ended up going to a different pandora and they replaced my ring with a brand new one with no issues whatsoever. this place needs to get it together

Use to love this Pandora! Not very efficient at this location. I had to wait over 15 minutes to pick up an online order!! I understand helping other customers that are there DECIDING what to purchase or have there jewelry cleaned but I am standing there not browsing waiting PATIENTLY common senses should have kicked in and staff could have asked Are you here for a pick up. You know multi task. But instead they chose to show that I WAS NOT IMPORTANT and carry on with small talk ...wish I had a margarita like they were talking about!

My daughter and I love this location. They’re polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. We relocated from South Elgin to Schaumburg, so we tried Schaumburg location at WF mall and it was a terrible experience. Since then we have decided to make the drive to Geneva to this location because the service is so much better. Thank you for your help ladies!
