We stopped in yesterday to determine what we would need for a first fish tank. Dillon was incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to talk us through the details for setting up a fish tank successfully. We will be getting all of our supplies and fish later this week!

This is the WORST customer service ever!! Been trying to contact for cat grooming for 3 weeks.. they never answer the phone ..4 messages later.. I called corporate twice, still nothing.. I guess they want me to spend $100 elsewhere..

They must be short-staffed for the grooming salon because I took my dog in for a quick nail trim and was turned away. I don't mind waiting but that wasn't offered to me. No apology, just "I can't do it." I gave 3 stars because the girls who normally trim my dog's nails are wonderful and I'll likely go back just for them.

I have been taking my dog here to grooming for years and when I picked my dog up today the groomer said next time get the knots out of your dogs ears before he comes in. I thought that was somewhat rude, I think they are the groomers. Unhappy that I called a few times and was unable to get a hold of anyone. I also never complained when I paid for a service of teeth brushing which was never done ✅ but I didn’t say anything. Definitely time to find a new groomer! It’s a shame because I really liked the way he was groomed.

We had a return that we did not have a receipt for and they were very nice doing the return. They were able to take our phone number and find the purchase but it was over 30 days so we had to get a gift card which is fine

Came in to get a fish for my little brother. Mind you I’ve owned beta fishes before I know the basics and all. A male employee decided to give me a rundown on how to care for the fish and I respectfully listened and just agreed. 2 Employees proceeded to not sell me the fish because I didn’t buy a tank, heater, water purifier, etc. They said and I quote “I do not feel comfortable selling this to you knowing they don’t have a tank yet” They only want your money… I had to go to a different store just to get another fish. Mind you I have a tank at home, but what good was arguing going to do? Unless you are willing to drop the hundreds that man was trying to sell me… don’t waste your time here.
