Every time I come here there’s only 2 miserable humans wandering around, and I always have to wait 20-30 minutes (no exaggeration) just to get 12 crickets. This place might as well be closed, they would be just as productive. I could probably catch 12 crickets in my backyard faster than it takes these people to do their job.

I brought my two Havenese to be groomed for the 1st time at Petsmart. I was nervous as I'm not the best at keeping up on brushing them. My dogs are 15 and 6 yrs old. They looked awesome when I picked them up. Our groomer, Ashley was great, she did wonderful job. We will be back, just a wonderful experience all the way around

I love coming here all the time to shop for my cat! The location is very close to home, the service by same lady at the register is always friendly and pleasant! Good thing is food is in stock and if not they will do their best to make sure they get it for ya!

One star because you killed the Treat Trail. Also, I'm not shopping at any Petsmarts again until you bring it back. There are lots of places I can buy my cat food and for cheaper than your now coupon-less prices!

I had my dog groomed here a while back and it ended up costing me a $500 vet bill. I was unaware that she had a hot spot under her neck from the hair cut. She was pretty matted, which we take full responsibility for, as it had been a while since she had gotten groomed. However, they didn't notify us of any cuts or hot spots or anything at all under her chin. In fact, they gave her a cute bandana afterwards. Which I really appreciated at first but after about 2 days I noticed an odor coming from that area and she was shivering uncontrollably. I removed the bandana and under her neck was this awful hot spot that had clearly become infected with pus and bacteria. It was awful. I had to take her to an emergency vet because it was during the weekend hours. It seems very likely that they were hiding her injury under the bandana. If they had let us know, we could have monitored the area and made sure to keep it clean, dry and protected. But because of lack of communication and notification it became so bad she needed medical attention. I would not recommend them for grooming your pets
