After a horrible experience at another nail salon in town, I have now been coming to Ravenna for 3 years now. Linda is the best technician I have ever had. She truly cares about her customers and she’s the only one I trust with my toes!

Went there for the first time for a pedicure, and was very happy with the atmosphere, professionalism, and quality. I got the Standard Pedicure, and I’m 12 days in and my toes still look great. I had stopped treating myself to regular pedicures for a couple years because I was starting to not be happy with the usual places I had been going. But I think I’ve found a great place that I can be very happy with.

Totally unsatisfied definitely will never go back. The person that did my nails and pedicure said she had many years of experience but she couldn't even get the nail tips on straight. It took her several attempts to get tips on. My goal was to get the dip, medium length coffin shaped and she just kept screwing up. By the time she was applying the clear base, my nails look bumpy, lumpy and crooked, another nail tech had to take over. I spent 3 hours just for a basic pedicure and nail dip with tips!

They don’t have color wheels or books to look for colors so when I asked for that, or if they knew of a sparkly gold color, I was returned with attitude and rudeness! Way overpriced for rude nail techs.

Ravenna is the best nail spa I’ve ever been to. So peaceful and relaxing. The employees remember you by name and make you feel like you’ve known them forever. They do the best nails. I’ve tried many other places, this is by far the nicest, friendliest and fanciest place I have been. You are always greeted with a smile and your nails will never look better than when you leave here!
