I recently visited Red Wings in Geneva and had an outstanding experience. Sean, the associate who helped me, went above and beyond to ensure I found the right boot for my job. He took the time to understand my needs, answered all my questions, and guided me through their selection with patience and expertise. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I left with the perfect pair of boots, confident they’ll handle the work ahead. I highly recommend Red Wings in Geneva and especially Sean for anyone looking for excellent service and quality products!

Awesome service at the Geneva store. I had a defect on my shoes and warranty wasn't an issue at all. I would by every day red wing shoes again.

Had a great experience working with Sean at the Geneva store. He helped me out buying boots for some workers that needed to upgrade their footwear for safety reasons. I was unable to go to the store with the workers do to scheduling issue. Even while helping in store customers Sean set up the workers over the phone. All the workers needed to do was pick up their boots. I wish more retail business ran this way. Thank you Sean and Red Wing!

My sales person explained the entire process for sizing my feet to the correct work boot, gave me recommendations of shoe styles and insoles that would work best for me and explained the importance of oiling my boots monthly to extend the life of my shoes.

Hello, I bought some boots last month, the iris model in red wings Geneva. Today the boots are broken and they leak water. They are of very poor quality. I do not recommend them for the price one pays for them.

The store in Geneva, Il has been a very good store. They have or can get what you need. That are friendly and helpful. They are not the closest store to my home. I spoke with Sean this time and he helped me in less that 5 minutes found my size and shoe style, set up shipping and payment and done. Received my order in less than 24 hours. Wow!! Very happy. Hats off to the Geneva store.

I didn’t buy red wing because they want me to pay a ridiculous amount for an insole, to get the right fit. I used to be a strictly Red Wing customer. Now I never get the fit I want, so I buy the competition. Not sorry.

We returned a pair of boots and now have to wait 3-5 business days before we can get our refund! They sure didn't wait 3-5 days for payment! They force us to use a credit card because they don't accept cash. Seems like a setup to me. You better believe they assured us we could get a refund before we bought the boots, part of their spiel. The part they failed to mention is the inconvenient 3-5 days they impose on you to wait but never verbalize nor put it in writing. Corporate reached out to me immediately and made sure we got our refund! ? Thank you
