Months ago I experienced poor attitude from a young lady who treated me as if she knew better and her manager was not any nicer. I left empty handed and swore I would not be coming again. Out of desperation for a last minute gift, I walked these doors for what I thought would be the last time.
The employees turned my frown upside down! I had not seen any of them in my last encounter but I hope they are present in the next. Alex was super helpful cashiering, Adayana was a sweetheart opening the restroom and guarding my purchases, and Emmanuel was darling helping my son pick a toy! I appreciate Ross management for making them wear name tags as it’ll make identifying the rotten apples a lot easier for us customers who want a good experience.
