I’ve been getting my nails done by Nancy at Simply Nails for about 2.5 years now and they’re perfect every time. I come in with a picture of what color I want and Nancy always finds the exact color I’m looking for! Everyone is so nice and you can tell they care about their customers.

First time coming, I came for a pedi and let just say I love it !!!! Very nice environment. Very nice conversation with my tech! She is very sweet. I had the best massage ever. I will be making an appointment next time here ! Next time I will bring my husband!

Nancy is one of the best technicians i have ever had the privilege of working with. She is always checking to make sure that her client likes the shape, length and color/design on the nail. She also helps steer you in the right direction if you are struggling picking a color. An example of this was when I was interviewing for a new job. I was going to go with a more sparkly lavender color but she steered me more toward a neutral tone and after seeing how great it looked I knew I was in the right hands. She is personable, makes sure her clients are comfortable, and she is extremely efficient. There is no one else I trust doing my nails as I have never broken, chipped, or cracked a nail in the time I have gone to her. Thank you Nancy for all of your hard work and dedication!
Also simply nails is the cleanest, most inviting nail salon I have ever been to. I love it here so much :)

The girl said I had an ingrown nail and ripped into my skin. It was the most painful pedicure, manicure ever. She complained about her life the whole time as well. The nails were disgusting. Stay away from this place.

They completely messed up what was supposed to be a nice day out with my daughters to celebrate my 60th birthday, by their lack of communication and understanding of what we booked. My daughter booked a deluxe pedicure package for me, but somehow all they did was a basic pedicure. When I questioned why I wasn't getting the deluxe treatment she said that's not what I asked for. What??? My daughter booked it over the phone and told them exactly what I wanted. Very disappointing especially because it was their error and they didn't even try to compensate my daughter for the mix-up. They just told me to come back and we will do it right the next time! Not the best way to go above and beyond for your customers.I liked Simply Nails, but this experience was upsetting and I will now be looking for a new nail salon.

Nancy was incredible!! Her attention to detail was amazing. There was a slight bump and she redid the whole nail to make sure it was perfect. I’ve never left a salon with such nicely manicured cuticles and smooth dip!

Mini is awesome. She does my no chip nails beautifully, and they last over two weeks. The prices are reasonable, the salon is clean.

Very dissatisfied. I scheduled an appointment with Mini.Anna was on maternity leave. She was wonderful. When I came in mini told me she wanted to eat lunch. I was in no hurry. My appointment started 20 minutes later. Mini applied tips and dip. She argued about the color I chose. I asked for oval nail shape got almond. Trimmed my cuticles when she was done dipping which made no sense. While cutting my cuticles I bled after I left the salon.Then at the end of the appointment she tried to sell me a counterfeit coach purse. Very tacky. Never again will I go back.

While the people were friendly and did a decent job - the issue I think was the polish. They do not throw away OLD polish for a basic manicure/pedicure. My nails took hours to dry on both hands and feet event after sitting in the dryer for 10+minutes. Every nail was crimped or scrapped. My complaint is that I called that night and asked for a polish change and to call me to confirm. Never heard from them.
