We would NOT recommend this store. The manager & sales associate were both very pushy, even though the bed was not working out for my wife, who is disabled. They pushed excessively for us to open a line of credit with Synchrony Bank, & actually opened an account even though we specifically said we did not want one. We had to cancel the account, & opened a dispute with 2 of the credit bureaus to try to rectify the hit to our credit history. When we called the next day to ask that all of our information be wiped from their computer system, the manager continued to try to sell us a bed & would not listen to what we were saying. Worst mattress shopping experience ever.

Went to sleep number last week. Didn’t like my experience there. I felt like the salesperson was pushing towards something I didn’t even want. Didn’t ask me what I’m looking for. Kept trying to get me to make Sale. Not a very good experience.

Liam was the best! I had a great experience with him. He is very knowledgeable and took a lot of time with me to make sure he offered the right type of mattress for my aches and pains. He also sold a mattress to my daughter years ago, and we had a great experience with him at that time also. I highly recommend Liam and getting a great price at Better Sleep outlet.

Visited the Geneva store to buy a set of sheets.
Melissa showed us assortment of sheets and helped make our decision easy.
Also invited us to try-out anything else in the display room.
We needed a new pillow so she showed us the new comfort pillow. Bought that and a pillow cover to keep it clean. She explained that buying 3 items would entitle us to an additional discount. Win win!

Never knew a sleep number bed is what we needed! Walked out of the store eager to get our bed delivered, looking forward to heated pads, pillows and elevated heated foot rests! The store associate Melissa was so helpful and went well beyond to help us get the right bed. Can’t wait till our bed gets delivered!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE! INCOMPETENCE REIGNS!
I talked my girlfriend into coming in and getting a sleep number bed. The 3 year zero percent financing was a selling point and she moved forward with the purchase. The “manager” Melissa checked her out and could not seem to enter her name or email into the system. After several attempts she finally got it to go through because she had no idea how to use the system. I was supposed to get a credit for a referral but that was a minor point. (It never came) Fast forward to the credit card being delivered and the last name is not correct. It’s a completely different name. We call the store to have it corrected and “Melissa” tells us she messes it up all the time and it’s no big deal. Well it actually becomes a HUGE deal. Melissa forgot to set up the 3 year no financing so the debit was for the FULL AMOUNT of the bed. Over 8 THOUSAND dollars taken out of her checking account completely draining it. You would think a quick call would resolve this but no. They say 3 weeks for a check to clear this up but of course it’s the WRONG name so the bank won’t cash it. We are told it will take 3 week to change the name THEN another 3 weeks to get the check. So she will be out $8,000 for 6 weeks. We have called the store multiple times and she refuses to call back. Calling anyone that has any authority at Sleepnumber is almost impossible. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!
