The sales person Som was great. Was very thorough and took the time to answer all questions. May I say quite a sense of humor. I came back in a couple of days and bought the bed. Transaction was very smooth.

Two weeks into owning our sleep number and it is very comfortable. It was my turn to host our adult party and it held up to all 8 adults. Everyone commented how comfortable the bed is. Perhaps a larger one will be in our near future!

Cristian and Jeff were helpful and knowledgeable. They weren't pushy or irritating. Answered any questions I had, Didn't upsell me on anything. Let me take my time to purchase the right model for me and my budget.

The staff were all so kind and knowledgeable! Cristian helped us try all the beds and technology. It made it a lot easier to make a decision! We also scored a lot of deals purchasing accessories the same day as our bed.

The salesman talked to my mother, on the phone at first and then sent me over to the store. The salesman was knowledgeable, courteous, and had a great attitude. Also educating me on pillows the I will purchase but have not yet. Only drawback was not the salesman he was fantastic, but your store became very busy at the end of the day and several customers came in to buy they were serious buyers, and your staff went home early because it had been very slow all day, as a result people patiently waited, but he was the only salesman in the store. He kept doing a great job though. I told him, great more sales for you!

Never in a million years did I think I could afford a Sleep Number bed. My current mattress is just two years old and was a bad decision from day one. Recently I purchased a $400 sleep topper - desperate for a good night's sleep. The sleep topper was good for about a month - it literally needed to be adjusted daily and I do not have the upper body strength to move it. My husband and I went to Sleep Number in Geneva and Christian helped us - he helped us find our comfort spots and guided us through the decision-making process. We were sold. Literally. We bought the bed. The bed was expensive, but not nearly as expensive as I told myself it was. Taking into consideration the three beds that I have purchased in the last 10 years, not to mention all the accessories I bought trying to make that bed comfy, I am happy that we are making a true investment in a good night's sleep. I cannot wait for the delivery...stay tuned for my next update.

The bed is a glorified air mattress. The customer service from Terry at the Geneva location and the women that works there is horrible. They do not return calls. When I bought it, Terry said the only dollars I would be out if I returned the bed was the $250 delivery fee. Then he remembered that was waived for Memorial Day and I would be out nothing. This was important to me as I had not shopped around yet and would not have bought without further research. He said why not try it since I'd get a full refund and not lose on a delivery fee due to the Holiday. Now I find out there is a return fee of $250. When I told him I'm disappointed that he did not volunteer this information to me, he called me a liar. He claims there is no possibility he mistakenly left out that information, therefore I am a liar. Basically, he claims to be incapable of error. The lady that works with him who I first spoke with promised that they would call back about my situation but clearly they disregarded me call.

The store was very when I got there. I thought that I was gonna have to wait. Some how they took care of me without having to wait at all. I had to wait at every other place I shopped at that day

Both of the young men were a delight very helpfull and knowledgeable.Could not have been happier with the service me and my friend recieved in fact we both purchased.
