I called to see if there were any ongoing sales. The older woman on the phone scoffed and said “yeah , we have a sales rack”
Crazy business for a bra worker to act as if I’m below her for asking if there were any holiday sales going on. Enjoy feeling high and mighty folding underwear, I’ll spend my husbands bonus elsewhere. ☺️

Allison the manager was incredibly nice and I was so grateful to be in the store when she was working. I was able to experience the true way someone should be treated, and it felt so good to be in my favorite store surrounded by someone WILLING to help. She had me in almost tears because I had the worst day and she just brightened the room with her attentiveness. Not only was she gentle and respectful with her words, nevertheless she accommodated to my needs; as every customer should feel walking through a store. I have been shopping at soma for years for this reason, the immediate attention and persuasiveness they carry because they love what they do. This manager also addressed a concern I had and ended up giving me a discount for my troubled experience.. TALK ABOUT HAVING EMPATHY for a customer!! This will be my forever favorite location & I was in shock that I never met Allison before! Now, I will always boast about this particular manager (Allison). For two reasons, she made my experience 100% better than the previous time. It was so pleasant to see someone who really cares about what they do, and you can always tell with the vibes they portray. She also reminded me why I keep coming back! HUGE KUDOS to this manager and I really hope she receives the recognition she deserves, because you don’t come across a patient & compassionate soul like Allison very often. Love love loved her professionalism and patience to readily assist to my needs. Always enjoy seeing the values of a person shine through and make an impact on others, truly was an outstanding experience. Thank you Allison!! (:

Went there today with my daughter ! I can’t thank you enough Susan B . Thank you for your patience with helping my daughter choose what she liked! You are truly a diamond! She loves the 5 Bras we purchased ! You greeted us with a smile ! The other Susan in the house I believe is the store manager did not even acknowledge us ! She needs to really step into her roll as a manager and lead by example ! Her staff was more welcoming than she was. Maybe she is tired of her job and is just going with the flow.. I wanted to make sure to acknowledge SUSAN B. !!!!!! We both appreciate your exceptional Customer Service! Maybe your boss can learn from you !

The staff is super helpful and thoughtful. I brought in a bra I purchased less than a month ago, since the wire was pushed out. The lady who helped me was so nice and gave great advice on how to take good care of my bras.

Susan was top tier. I’ve never felt comfortable with my chest size or anything to do with my chest even after having a reduction and Susan was so ungodly sweet and helpful through the whole process of sizing and finding what works best with me. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Susan and Kim were so helpful and kind today! I wear 34G/36DDD so it’s hard for me to find bras that fit and look cute. They helped me find 5 bras & panties!! They know what customer service is all about! So happy we have SOMA in Geneva, I won’t buy bras anywhere else. ◡̈

Walked in and was treated as though I wasn't welcome. Got more or less asked where the woman was even though I was shopping for myself. Don't have a review of the products or prices since I was practically shooed away.

Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by Hostess. This was my 2nd time visiting this store. I was returning an online purchase & bringing 3-bras for their bra giveaway program. Staff was extremely pleasant, they'd recognized that my purchase was discounted with some amazing deals and inquired about the occasion. I'd purchased with my birthday reward points. She'd recommended some other items that were on sale just for that day. I declined, by saying I needed to be discipline and not spend anything else. She graciously understand and told me if I'd changed my mind, I could again purchase online. I received my credit for the return, they explained how to receive my $5/towards next purchase for the bra program. Stellar experience each time I've visited this store. It is by far my favorite place to shop! Since COVID I've been doing more online purchases. Soma, has made their in store return for online shopping painless.

I recently went to Soma in Geneva over the weekend and was not impressed whatsoever. I had recently got a breast reduction and was super excited to get my new measurements/size taken and buy new bras! Soma was first on my list and after my experience, I will never go back nor buy from them. The sales associate (never got her name) was very rude and unprofessional. I asked to get sized and she said "sure I guess we can do that" and raced to the fitting room area. She grabbed a tape measure and says "okay, let's see". MIND YOU, I was not in a fitting room!!! At that point I was in the hallway near the fitting room. I had to ask to be placed into a fitting room, as I did not feel comfortable lifting my shirt up in the middle of the hallway. After letting me get into a fitting room she proceeds to say "okay... let's see now". She sized me and says "well what bras did u want?" Again... this is my first time being able to fit into small, cute bras , therefore I have no idea what styles I would like. after explaining that again, she rushes me out onto the sales floor and points at two and says "any of these? what color?" before I can even say anything in response, she says "I'll just grab you a few and put them in a room for you". so she goes to the back of the store to get me a few styles, and comes back to say "they're in the fitting room for you". After trying them on, I liked 2 styles she had pulled but wanted to check other colors and ask a few questions about ordering different styles online. so I approached her on the floor (she was not helping a customer, just talking to another associate) and I asked her if I could see other colors and she cuts me off and says "just look on the racks". I was confused because she had said my particular size was kept in back and only she could get them. But before I could say another word she continued to talk with the other associate. So, I walked away and decided I would just order everything online since it was obvious she didn't want to help me. so I was taking pictures on my phone of the sizes and styles, when she walks up and next to me and loudly sighs and rolls her eyes. Needless to say, I was not impressed what so ever. This associate made what I thought was going to be a fun, memorable experience into a complete nightmare.

My 1st experience today was excellent! Erin was so sweet & helpful! I have never tried this brand. She was so knowledgeable, personable & helpful. She helped me find my correct size and I love the brand now. It was a great experience & I will be back. I purchased the cutest pj's too. Erin is a great employee. I am very happy with all the items I purchased.
