Great atmosphere, like a neighborhood coffeehouse set in an old building with classic wood interior. Doesn't have that sterile corporate look. With no drive-up window, staff can focus its good service on customers inside.

Had a question about some of their reserve coffee beans and they went downstairs to check their stock. They came back with what I was looking for with a big smile. Great customer service! Parking is tricky as it is off a busy street but there were spots once turning down a side street.

Cashier seemed irritated I exercised my right to a free refill. Original drink was a venti and she rang it up as a grande. Heard her and a coworker say “his original drink wasn’t even a tea.” Here’s the policy, learn it:How do refills work?Published Sep 27, 2022At participating stores, you can use your registered Starbucks Card or Starbucks® app to purchase a beverage and then present that same Starbucks Card or Starbucks account in the app to get free refills of brewed coffee (hot, Iced Coffee or Cold Brew), and tea (hot or iced, not including lemonade) during the same store visit regardless of the original beverage. Customers without a registered account may purchase a refill at a reduced price.

Busy but nicely located in Geneva with attentive friendly staff.Good thing no drive thru great service and attention to walk in customers.Thank you all.Parking: Alittle walking but plenty of public parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible.

There is one fellow during they day that is super rude. Other than him the staff is very pleasant and friendly!Parking: Super busy area in downtown Geneva makes it hard to park, and they don't have a drive-thru.

Stopped in there to get my daughter movie Hot mocha Carmel however they gave us an iced. They did remake the order and give us the other one cuz she said she was just going to throw it away so we took it. However the service was just horrible. It was not very busy and the barista seem that they have more important things to do on a Tuesday afternoon around 430 pm

Thank you to Sam for being so helpful and thoughtful!!! I was going to miss my train so I abandoned my order. She said to come back the next day and she would make it for me. My husband went in my place and explained why he was there. Sam remembered me and my order and made a fresh drink for me! Thank you so much for making my day!!
