We’ve had work done by tri-city transmission a few times and we highly recommended them! I recently had a brand new Toyota trans put in that was a “lemon” and when Toyota wouldn’t cover their faulty trans because it was out of warranty, this shop tried fighting for us. Unfortunately, Toyota wouldn’t budge, so they ended up building us an even better transmission. They even helped us out tremendously on the final cost which we are super grateful for. Thank you so much tri-city transmission. You guys are great people!

Excellent customer service at the front desk to start. Super nice ladies. They offered twice the warranty on my transmission rebuild then others and took care of me quickly.Part owner Donnie truly cares about you and the sucess of your vehicle. He was great enough to keep his eyes open for other things that my Jeep needed not to sell me more but to keep me safe. He manages the back shop and I will take my vehicle no where else. Donnie even brought me back in the shop to show me in person any concerns he had you can tell he truly cares. I would give 100 stars if I could. One of the last true family business around!!!

Had my Ram fixed there and they did a fantastic job!! rebuilt my trans stronger and a new drive shaft. It drives and pulls better then new.

My experience with Tri City Transmissions is very positive. I had my dad's Dodge Ram towed there after hearing alot of grinding and was expecting the worst. The next day we picked it after they performed some worked on it for much less than a new transmission. They are highly skilled, welcoming and more than fair. I highly recommend Tri-City Transmissions for your transmission concerns and needs.
