We bought a "whoopie pie" for our dogs birthday. After getting home, we could not even break the cookie with a knife it was so hard. We went back the next day to attempt a return and was told there was nothing they could do and did not refund us for the inedible treat. Will not be back.

We had brought our dog to the Valentines Day event, and it was sad how some of the staff treated my family and I. The male coworker, Adam I believe , was very friendly, he gave us the best customer service, and enjoyed giving treats to my dog. He helped us with the paw painting and pictures. Unfortunately, Alexis and then other woman working were rude, did not speak to us after we greeted them, but they were friendly to the other shoppers. We felt very outed, and hinted that she didn’t want to help us. We could feel the racism coming from her. Very sad that this happens.. especially since were there to treat our dog!

Always great! Love the yogurt bacon treats, my pooch loves them so much. We get the plaque off too. Everyone is always so helpful. Highly recommend

Liana, Diane and Alexis were a wealth of knowledge today when it came to helping me pick out new food for my pug, new rescue kitten and 1 year old cat! They knew it all! They listened, gave great feedback and knew the product so well. This is exactly why I shop At Two Bostons and nowhere else. The customer service is top notch. They were so friendly and kind. My wife and I love taking our doggies here. I came here yesterday to buy some toys/treats for our dog Lucy and Kayla was so great helping me. Kayla gave me a flyer for todays event called Cinco de Barko. We came today and Kayla helped us with picking out a harness for Daisy. Kristen was very helpful and treated our dogs great as well with the dog food and treats for the event. Also, she was super empathetic and sympathetic to us regarding losing our daughter. Angie was kind and friendly with us and explained some of the food the store was promoting. Liana was excellent with our dogs and so helpful so we could get their picture taken. Two Bostons has always been great to us every time we are in there. Thanks so much to these amazing staff members!

They are so unbelievably sweet here. My cat's a fussy eater so I need to switch her cat-food quite often. I told the owner that and she was kind enough to give me a couple cans of food to sample and put me on her mailing list for when they had deals. Amazing customer service. Genuinely sweet caring people
