I use mainly for larger format color printing. Always top quality paper and ink, and printers in great condition which gives a great result. Pleasant service, really, my go to option.

New to the area and donations returns and had to make several trips with bigger boxes. Last box I forgot to tape one side shut asked if he would mind tapping it for me and he grudgingly said we usually charge for tape… but would do it for me this time. Gee thanks. Mind you he barely spoke to me when I walked in. So glad we have several UPS stores in the area will not go back to this one.

I dropped off my Amazon return. 2 packages left there but only one notification receipt from Amazon. I have had trouble here before so I went back to the store, told the owner I only got one notification. He grudgingly went to where the boxes were. I pointed out the box and he pulled it off of a pile, no label. He said I left it there without a label. I told him there was a label on it when I left - he looked around and found the label on the floor all crumpled up! He never said I'm sorry he just said I was lucky I came back to the store! This is the most poorly run UPS store ever! Drive the extra mile to another store- or you only have yourself to blame when they screw up your order.

Hands down the best UPS Store around. I’ve been a customer for a few years now and I can say Chris and Emma do an amazing job. Their attention to detail is great. Always pleasant to deal with and they do their best to get me in and out quickly. I will go out my way to visit this location as I know I’ll be in good hands.

This review is long overdue, I hope the Manager Chris and Emma see this. I came in a few months back with nothing but trouble from other shipping companies for a Watch I had to ship out of the country. Chris and Emma greeted me with a genuine smile and greeting as soon as I walked through the door. After I discussed my troubles with the other companies, they both guided me through such an easy process to resolve my issues. UPS, you have two employees that aren't just there for a paycheck, they genuinely care about your customers. Hats off to Chris and Emma for outstanding customer service!

I use this Geneva location for UPS often. I have always had a great experience here. I never have to wait long and they take prepaid packages quickly. Located next to great family run Donut shop too!!!

The guy working there I believe his name is Chris is just rude like If you don't like your job find another but to be rude to people there is no need. The st Charles UPS by 7/11 on main at is amazing. Will continue to go there.

The last few times I have walked in this UPS store there is a guy working there who isn't super friendly. Additionally the guy is smoking inside the building and it stinks. I understand he wants to smoke but it's a huge turn off for customers. I won't be going back to that location

The two gentlemen who operate this store have been nothing short of helpful, efficient and kind. I go out of my way to drop off and ship packages, because they make it such an effortless experience every time.

I came in to do an Amazon return. Chris helped me. I had a snowblower that had been assembled but realized I didn’t need it and had placed it in the box. He said initially that I would need to take it apart, but had mercy on me and said he would take care of it for me. I am SO GRATEFUL. THANK YOU CHRIS for your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Terrible customer service. Immediately told me I didn’t have the required information to ship a package. No questions asked before telling me I was wrong and they can’t ship it. In the end I had everything needed and they took the package but the customer service from the bald employee was the worst I’ve ever experienced!
