Unethical people working here, a bunch of undisclosed fees associated with getting a new phone and line. Avoid these scammers and buy online, try to buy your phone unlocked or upfront DONT TRADE IN OR ACCEPT CONTRACTS, they gonna steal your money with a bunch of fees on your credit card.

Would highly recommend going to a different store. We were lied to multiple times which really is fraud on the part of the employee. Told us our plan was outdated and would be less with a newer plan, which raised the price by over $100. Was also told internet would be a free trial for 30 days then $35/month after, which could not be farther from the truth. Be very careful when going to this store and ask a lot of questions. Honesty apparently doesn’t apply anymore these days.

I was at a funeral and my phone stopped working. I couldn’t get the phone to work. I walked into the Verizon in Geneva! Marco was so welcoming. He fixed my phone while he was helping another customer. I am so grateful!! He was so kind a a class act!!! I will be back!
