Batavia store has management that runs hot and cold so l sometimes prefer Lombard store instead. “I live in Mississippi, when I visit my family in Plainfield I was having problems with my knee. My son purchase a bottle of TOPICAL RUB, but I didn't use it regularly. A few day ago while working in my yard, I believe I pull something in my back/hip area to a point where I had to use a walker for a few days. As soon as I explained the protein supplement I needed, he grabbed it off the shelf for me right away, and didn't try to upsell me which was nice and took the pressure off of shopping around after. My husband made a comment on the price difference between the Total War preworkout on their shelf versus what is sold at a competitor and John provided intelligent feedback on why that might be and went above and beyond to check the product details and what ingredients might be adjusted for them to sell it as a smaller margin. Upon finding out the ingredients were the same, John offered a deal and provided amazing customer service, which is why we will continue to drive the distance from Montgomery to this location for our supplements in the future!!
