Bought $250 Dutch oven online 1 yr ago. It got forgotten about unopened in my basement. Opened it and was broken...sent photos of it brand new in box with order reciept and just wanted a new one...they would not honor it and now I'm stuck with an expensive, broken Dutch oven and done with william sonoma.

This is a very nice location with friendly employees. The store is clean and orderly. They have a nice selection of all things kitchen and cooking related.

Helpful staff; kind and courteous with answering questions; lots of high-end merchandise make for a fun and inspirational holiday shopping experience. I especially love the assortment of "gifty" items available: exported biscuits in beautiful tins, boxed cookie/breads/baking mixes, jarred sauces, knives, grilling stuff, kitchen sets with cleaners, diffusers, candles, etc.). Overall, nice selection of beautiful kitchen accessories, gadgets and the like. Not as big as other locations but they did seem to have a good amount of merch available to purchase this holiday season.

I always love going into this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I do wish they had more stock at times but, it’s a smaller store. Keep up the great work!!! Love the people that work here.

Williams Sonoma carries quality products. They are a little pricey but worth it. Always very friendly helpful staff to answer questions and make suggestions.

The store is okay. Totally empty every time I go. I worry that this location might close because of that. Also, I noticed that they have not been remodeled like the busier locations already have been. I walk out empty handed a lot because they just don't have much stocked.

Another disappointment. I placed an order on December 18th. The website said guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I followed up and now it says between 12.24 and 12.27. Says it just shipped...12.23. Our last purchase only lasted just over a year and now they do not stand behind their word. I used to love this company, but sadly, quality and customer service is a thing of the past. Time to find someplace new.
