I bought a lemon tree. Spent 3500 on it. Then they. Would not even take it on trade. Never returned my calls on it. Lie about it being a 1 owner car. I don't recognize that they don't seem to care.Robin. Hendron family

If you are looking to buy a car or have one serviced stay away from this place. They don't even deserve to be called a dealership. From sales to service the place is worthless. Have you seen the service area? Always visit the service area before buying a vehicle as this will give you an idea how they run their business. It is a dump. They pile parts and tools on top of cars being serviced. It looks like a third world country roadside garage. The whole place reminds me of the horror of a truck stop restroom. I made the mistake of purchasing a car from this dump (knowing i would never have it serviced there) so that's on me, live and learn but if I can help others from making my mistake you are welcome. Remember this, the after sale relationship with a dealer is more important than the moment of purchase This place doesn't believe in that. If you care about your vehicle don't take it there but If you have a wheelbarrow that needs a new valve stem and you're desperate maybe but i'd buy another one. If you crazy enough to visit tell them you'd like to meet the owner and talk with him and see what they say. The manager will freak out. Somethings not right, very shady. If you have access to running background checks use it. (those that can know what i mean) Wow. Three words best describe this group. Liars, Pirates and Thieves. Something wrong with a dealership that doesn't want repeat business. Kinda makes you wonder if it's more of a money laundering operation.

Owner and GM were amazing when I bought my car, the whooe trade in process, finding the exact suv I wanted in less than 2 days, drove it off the lot 2 days later.Service dept what can I say. My screen was going out, then they found some oil leak that needed to be done but before I hit 60k miles. meant like 2 days. They said they didn't have a car for me, so I had to take my husband's truck. they fixed both issues. I picked it up, so remind you brand new screen and after 5 min of driving my screen still was acting like it had a gremlin. The tech tried to tell me the screen was dirty... by me! No way did I get it dirty when I didn't even touch it. They took it back to try to figure it out but still tell me it's because something is om the screen. I am sorry but the old screen never did this to me in the past 2 years. I have yet to take it back.

I came in for a squeaking noise from my rear wheel. They told me my brakes were completely shot. This dealer wanted to charge me more than $500 to replace rear brake pads and rotors. I did the pads myself for $50 in about an hour and a half. The main issue which they did not mention in their $80 diagnosis was that the slider pin in the caliper was stuck and was causing the brake pad to drag. After replacing the pads and refurbishing and greasing the pin, no more noise. Total with tools was about $100. Every other dealer/independent mechanic I called quoted under $400 to do the brake and rotor job. The old rotors were smooth, thick and didn’t even need replacement. Expect to be misled and overcharged.

I found a car on their inventory. The gm list price was 17k. This dealer is taking advantage of the current situation by adding a 5,000 dollar market adjustment. Found another dealer not doing that and bought there. This practice should be illegal.

I've been here often with several vehicles. I like using local business when possible. On my last visit, I brought my 2017 truck, which is still under warranty. It has a brake issue, like a warped rotor or something. I was getting ready to haul a trailer to Texas. Anyway they told me I would have to pay for an inspection. Whatever, I assumed after finding the issue it would be covered under warranty or rolled in to a repair cost. After an hour or so, the service agent said they were done and nothing was wrong? Disappointed I paid the $80 or whatever it was. I got back in my truck and drove away. The first time I stopped, the brakes did what they do . Throbbed! On the right side, just like I told them. If someone brought their car to me and said the brakes were throbbing, I would take it for a test drive and say, oh yeah I feel that too. It must be a warped rotor or something. Needless to say this will be my last visit to Alan Browne Chevrolet. My neighbor Billy Bob put a new rotor on and I haven't had a problem since.
