I was sold a counterfeit product and when I brought it to the staffs attention, I was told I they couldn’t exchange it because it was opened. I explained that it was deceptive to be selling fake/counterfeit items and the short, old female employee became very rude and told me to come back when the owner is around if I wanted to complain. Due to this sale and interaction with the short, old female employee, I will be avoiding this location.

My car broke down at the BP while my 17 yr old was driving it. He was very upset and stressed about it and wasn’t sure what to do. I couldn’t help for almost two hours. They were very understanding, when they easily could have had it towed! I thank them dearly for being patient and understanding! To whomever the lady working from 4 to 6, thank you! We truly appreciate you!

I just got "let go" from this BP!! I was working on Sunday and get a phone call from my manager Monday that I am no longer needed. I asked why? She said she couldn't talk about it she had customers. I called the owners about why and no answer no call back. I proceed to go in there today when the owners were in there. I walked up to one owner and asked why I got fired. I do my job I do what I'm suppose too so why. He told me it was My manager who wanted to let me go. I asked again "Why"! He said because she said that I wasn't needed. REALLY!!!! NOT NEEDED! No warning, Nothing at all. I have a family that relys on that extra money. What has this world come too.
