They do not communicate at all. Reted my unit on the 1st of the month over the phone. They took my payment as a direct withdrawal from my checking account. The man said everything went through but apparently the following day they received an error about the withdrawal. Nothing said to me. I received an email on the 21st that says I'm locked out because I owe them 2 months rent plus late fees and if not paid by the 6th my stuff will be sold of disposed of. Horrible way of doing business. Not to mention the insurance they want you to buy that a normal homeowners policy already covers. I recommend staying away from these people. There are plenty of other options out there

This place is under new management. The facility is clean and secure and the sign up process is great. Sure, I hate that I have to store stuff but this place makes it a lot easier to do.
