“I pulled in for an oil change today and Stephanie was there to jump on my needs. She was very nice and wonderful to talk to. She kept me updated on how long it would take and informed me that me that I had some lights out and they changed them as well. Barb was extra nice when she cashed me out and was super friendly. Definitely had a nice experience today.”

“Needed two tires replaced. Staff were friendly and helped me with the skid plate that was hanging off underneath. However the only thing I noticed is the wait time is too excessive for the tasks needed to be done. As I tried to determine why it would take 2.5 hours I noticed that they went from vehicle to vehicle rather than starting and sticking to one vehicle till the task was complete. Overall I was satisfied with the work and the tires are great. I just see that some organization and focus could increase business and decrease customers wait time.”

“I bought a vehicle from Mike at a good price. Had a minor issue with the battery a few days later and he replaced it free of charge. Another serious issue occurred that couldn’t have been foreseen by anyone. He went above and beyond to get my car repaired including giving me a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. His technicians are very experienced and knowledgeable to get any repair done. Bottom line is he told me what he’d do if I had an issue and he made good on his word. I’d definitely recommend doing business with him for purchasing a used car or having repair work done.”
