I'm so glad we moved to this little town in the middle of nowhere that remembers how to treat people as fellow people instead of inconveniences that use their faculties.”

“I accidentally put our city water bill in a blue USPS mailbox instead of the City Hall box. A very helpful employee at the Genoa post office took my name and number and then went through the mail after it was collected from the box and found my water bill! She even offered to look up the address and mail it for me and I’d just “owe” her the postage on my next visit. I picked it up but still - above and beyond service!”
