Giving a 2 due to lot rent. After buying outright on a home here at Tuckaway. I found out that other parks are $300 to $400 with amenities. pool, ponds, playgrounds and basketball courts. There’s nothing to do out here for the kids at all. Wish I would have done better research before buying. Danielle and Chris have done a complete turn around in this park and very proud of them for doing so much in so little of time just wished lot rent was a lot cheaper.

To begin, we filed all papers for residency. Was approved, dropped finance apps off the same day. Checked in a week later and for some reason they were never even sent in. 3 different homes we were in the process of purchasing sold out from under us, with absolutely no sympathy. Then decides to say go to Morton they have tons available. Called Morton, they have NONE available. Needless to say, extremely unprofessional. Terrible business and even worse got not only our hopes but our kids hopes up too. If you already have a pre-approved sale, you should not just take whatever cash gets thrown at you first. Thats a horrible business ethic. Do better.

Management is horrific to work with. They have zero sympathy for their residents and if u need some extra time to pay your lot fee they will not work with you. If you get behind they will not take any sort of payment plans or any sort of payment arrangement. I've lived alot of places and always felt like I was valued as a resident. Not here. Couldn't get out of there fast enough.

I was in the process of buying lot 49 and had just job verification form left. Tuckaway crushed my dreams. My son and I was approved for everything well they sold it right from under us and what makes me livid lot 49 is still on Facebook Marketplace. Beware of this place they will sell your dream home out from under you. The new management is not honest at all. They told me I had the trailer. Then did this to us now we are struggling to find a place because of all this. I told them I had to get out of my exs house. Now our credit is dinged. If someone shows up with cash it doesn’t matter how far you are in the loan process they will sell it out from under you. I can understand if we weren’t approved but we were. Then they wanted us to buy a lot smaller trailer and it was a lot more expensive after they had the audacity to hurt us. I have nothing good to say about this place. I had a good review before this happened but I cancel it now.

Theres a family I know there that's had issues with their trailer. The people who own the place wont fix it or attempt to fix it in hopes of them buying the trailer. I was told that they wont fix the vents that has holes in them. Dont buy from here or rent cause they will wait til you move to do anything that needs fixing.Edit: Found out once the family moved out, 3 months later they were charged $16k, pushed through claims. DO NOT MOVE HERE
