Jansen Collision was great to work with. Kim, Cheyenne and Denny were great. My vehicle was not fixable but they were super friendly and helpful when it came to the whole process of cleaning out my car and releasing it to insurance. I appreciate their kindness and help.

Jansen Collision is a professional gem for auto body work. Everyone from Kim and Cheyenne in the front office to Danny and Derek's restoration skills are incomparable. They are such good people and a pleasure to be their customer. Jansen took superb care of me from the beginning. My Forester was pummeled by the March hail storm. They provided detailed pictures, written documentation and engagement with my insurance company removing all stress from the process. The Jansen team exceeded my expectations for staying in budget and using genuine Subaru parts for my vehicle. I could not be happier with the end result! Jansen Collision is top notch! They did an excellent job on repairing my lift gate and it looks as if nothing ever happened. The ladies in the front office are friendly and welcoming and it’s easy to see they enjoy what they do which makes for a great customer experience!

They are happy to see you even without an appointment to get a repair quote. They deal with the insurance for you and get you on the calendar for repairs a.s.a.p. Every employee there was friendly and easy to deal with they had me fixed and back on the road in no time.
