Arturo is a true and honest mechanic. Had a check engine light and him and his team diagnosed it quickly and efficiently. Told me I needed a new catalytic converter and explained thoroughly as why and what is currently happening to my car. Ordered my part (catalytic converter) took 3 weeks to arrive due to backorder and he finished my car in 2 days. Check engine light hasn't been on.Also, he works on modified cars as mine is one. Will be going here from now on for all repairs.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Amazing service and beyond customer friendly. I know little about cars and believed my battery was failing. Not only did he get me in the same day but addressed it is far more likely my key chip over a battery problem. Told me where to go and other options if that solution fail. Well, he was 100% right and haven't had issues since. Truly appreciate the time and knowledge! 11/10 recommend

This is my second time having my car repaired with Geo and his father. Both times they have done a great job on my 2010 Mercedes GLK350. I was able to get my car back within a couple days the first time and within a day the second time. I’ve had no issues and will continue to use them! The first time I needed brake lines repaired and they also took care of the undercarriage on my car. The second time they replaced gasket Val covers that were causing smells inside my car. They were able to get me in quickly and get parts ordered for my car in a timely manner. Great customer service and quality work!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Can't put into words how impressed I was with Arturo and the team at Action Auto. They are the most honest and trustworthy bunch of guys you'll ever deal with. From a dealer wanting to charge me $5,000+ for "repairs" to finding out nothing was wrong was invaluable! Trustworthy auto shop! Arturo and his men are the best! They don't over charge like others. My husband knew Arturo for a long time. Action Auto Werks, Inc. has been taking excellent care of our cars for years. They are very honest. They tell you what needs to be done that can't wait. If there are other maintenance work that can wait they will also let you know. They give you an estimate before they start working on your car. They will advise you what to prioritize and will help you find cost effective ways to get everything done whenever you want. We trust that our cars are always safe to use on the road because we know that Arturo and his men are all doing their job well!

Extremely knowledgeable in all models—foreign and domestic. They work on modified vehicles, can do warranty work, and are always extremely honest. Everyone is always looking for a shop that they can trust with their hard-earned dollar. This is a family-owned and operated business and they do their work with pride. Arturo and Gio are two extremely stand-up gentlemen and I trust them with my life every time I get behind the wheel.Action Auto Werks is the only shop I’ve taken my Lexus for the last five years and I will continue to do so.

I love this place! The customer service is amazing and the work is exceptional! I had took my car to 3 different mechanics and the Chevy dealership and no one can fix the problem with my auto stop.
