I am very happy with David's handling of my Allstate needs. There have been some difficult changes in my life recently, and I just send David an email and he handles for me. No fuss, and done. I appreciate the timeliness of his responses very much!

My wife and I have had Allstate Insurance for many years. We are in the process of moving to a new home in the Huntley area and needed insurance. We decided to switch to an agency that is closer and for help in sorting out the coverages needed. We are so glad we chose the Lackinger agency. David and his office manager Meagan are very professional and made the process easy. They deliver ..SERVICE in addition to the insurance. Prompt, friendly, good at listening and offering solutions. We definitely feel we made the right decision in going to them.

David was very rude to me when I called his office to cancel homeowners insurance. It has been 2 months now and I am still waiting on a corrected homeowners insurance refund check. Both checks I have received have my first name spelled incorrectly, even after mentioning that to his office multiple times how to spell William..... they also refuse to remove my ex wife's name off the check when the deed is in my name and she has no ties to my home. Divorce was finalized and they have received the divorce decree. This office will play games with you if you ever decide to switch company's

Good company to work with.Dave helped me get great coverage at a good price.I must admit that prices have gone up every renewal in the past 1,5 years but they are still great compared to other insurance companies.Very helpful and easy to work with!

We have been with Dave at Allstate for many years now and it is always a pleasure speaking with him. I have had to call for a claim or to ask a question and he always seems to be there. Our questions get answered quickly or he'll check things out and call back promptly. Great guy and office personal.
