Have been having issues getting the work completed, they over promise and under delivering, they have been dragging the repairs for almost a year, not taking care of the property, failed to winterize now having issues with bursted water pipes and mildew. One of their employees backed into my car while at a stop light, a green light, in a company truck (with a back up camera). we exchanged info and management was supposed to get in touch with me to handle getting repairs handled. went and got the estimates done to my car, 3 grand of damages with original estimates and submitted to the manager who reached out.this happened back in May, and its now mid November and they still wont provide their insurance provider, wont answer emails, give me any kind of update on getting my car repaired.I never post reviews anywhere, but this has been a real scummy move for a company to do especially when looking at the situation.

First priority did our house restoration after a major house fire that took our house down to the stud work including full roof replacement. Their tradesmen: carpenters,drywall workers, painters,electricians and plumbers all provided first quality work,some delays, but most were justifiable under the direction of Project manager,Eric Wirtitsch. our newly restored home is beautiful !

had a confrontation with one of their service men at a Shell gas station in South Elgin. I'm driving a F450 with a 20 foot trailer behind it. I was parked at the first pump only because three of the diesel pumps do not work properly at this gas station, which I'm quite aware of, I have reported it to the attendance numerous times, and they basically blame it on Shell.This service guy tried to back into my truck intentionally. Since I was blocking the pathway that he was in capable of figuring out how to use a different pump he decided that he was different pump he decided that he was going to disrupt my driving ability of leaving.It got slightly heat it up, he started taking all kinds of pictures of my truck and my trailer. He was using profanity and did flip me off. I started the conversation immediately saying"really you're gonna block me from leaving".I did get out and take several pictures of his truck and called his shop to report his conduct in real time as this was happening. The receptionist took my information down, and I explain the my information down, and I explain the circumstances to her that her driver was extremely rude andunprofessional, in real time as this was happening. The project manager, Alan Yasdick, was exceptional—very thorough, professional, accommodating and on top of the workers. He also was great at coordinating with our insurance company and communicating with us. The workers were great—diligent, respectful, good work and corrected when needed. We are very pleased with the completed project and grateful for the opportunity to work with First Priority. They lived up to their name with us!Services: Painting

Communication was poor, had to follow up several times before getting a response throughout the entire project. Got the run around every time I had a question.Many times throughout the project we had approved items for order just to find out a week or two later the items were never ordered.Many construction messes left behind for me to cleanup after the project was done.

A picture is worth a thousand words. I don't know what is worse, sending contractors that do sloppy work or owners that think these examples are within normal parameters. Or maybe it's workers and owners who are disrespectful to the customer and the customer's home and possessions. For sure there is a very low standard for quality of work and very poor customer service. My insurance company had to hire a mediator to get this company to either repair the damage they caused and redo the sloppy work or provide credits to the outstanding invoice in order to hire a company to fix their work. Jason Yoder, the owner opted to provide the credits. The company that corrected the work found it very hard to believe a licensed restoration company did such a poor job.

I have been beyond thankful for the work First Priority Restoration performed after a pipe broke flooding my basement. First Priority was at my house quickly despite my call coming in after normal work hours. The staff was helpful and attentive, and I especially appreciate Ivan for treating this job at my house as he would treat the situation if it happened in his own home. My mom’s house had water damage from the bathroom that extended to a bedroom and the finished basement below it. Rob was with us every step of the way to get her home back in order. He even helped us navigate our insurance claim. He helped us find a great match to the existing carpet that was ruined and even worked with us to have a few upgrades on the bathroom floor and finishes in the basement. The workers were always courteous and prompt. We couldn’t be happier with the end result and would definitely recommend First Priority Restoration for work in any home.
