The mechanic was quick and efficient. Only took him a couple of minutes to get my tire changed. But unfortunately it took him 2 hours to get to my location.

guy was there don’t even know how to behave . they were very rude with me and didn’t even let me take my wallet out from my truck . he said won’t be responsible for anything missing in truck. very poor service.

Elgin Police had these guys pick up my stolen scooter. The police were not supposed to have it relocated per my instructions to the Chicago cops when it was stolen from my place in the city. I called the tow yard the day I found out they had it. They wanted $725 because it was there for 3 days (I didn’t find out until day 3). I offered a lower sum because IT WAS STOLEN FROM ME. They wouldn’t budge from their insane price. He said he needs to pay his guys too, honestly his guys must be paid very well considering the scooter (little Vespa looking 125cc) doesn’t way more than 150lbs. So I know it was not hard to load and didn’t cost them a ton of gas to haul it. Needless to say it was more than the value of the scooter. I left it there kept my title and keys as a memory and moved on with my life. Sucks they had zero compassion and didn’t want to work with me at all.

Flatbed driver from this company rode my rear bumper for 20 minutes straight and when they passed me proceeded to do 20 over in a school zone. Not a good look for your business

Absolutely rude to my girlfriend and would constantly interrupt her, they then proceeded to try and withhold personal items in the car after we had the police department talk to them about it. Overall horrible service and treats customers very poorly.Service: Car towing
