Put mail in with flag up 6:30 am June 16. Went to get mail today at 10:30 am. Post man never did not pick up my mail which I flagged yesterday. Didnt even stop when he sees the flag up.

Crap post office stuck in the 50s. They don’t abide by their stated hours, sluggish and rude staff, package drop off is non-existent on off hours. Overall useless location

They close on you… while you are in the line to check out. They just close the window at 12:30… even though you have used envelopes and need to pay… they close the window and door and leave.
Maybe finish checking people out?!?! Idk… get some customer service skills?

Very unprofessional staff…USPS can’t you see from the reviews something needs to change. Same person for me multiple times as well. Very very rude and just disgusting treatment to me and others that were waiting on this day. I had to walk out, just a waste of time! Never going back!

I thought, the worker has a bad day for the very first time she talked to me. Second time? I thought, she is just mean. Third time of my visit, I thought this is just her personality. But, today, i have experienced her awful behavior again. Which is 4 or 5th time I see her. Then, she talked very nicely and friendly those whom are not „Asian”. Maybe I am the only person who experienced this horrible behavior of her. Whatever I ask, i feel so offended by her. The way she talks, the way she responds, its just mean. Today, again I felt so bad. Because of her. Maybe this post office should have change the staff. The person has racist attitude.

This post office location has had a change in staff. I never had any issues here in the summer. The staff were friendly and helpful. However the last 2 times I have been here, the same lady with long braids was very rude.I thought the first time she was having an off day, it happens to us all. But now after getting the same treatment by her I just don’t think it was a single bad day. It felt like I was inconveniencing her by bringing my 2 packages to be sent out. I will take my packages across town to a different post office.

Poor experience almost every time with the Robot currently working there. Apparently this is the only way to constructively comment as usps customer service is nonexistent.I’d actually rather have an automated machine due to the poor customer/ human experiences with current postal employee. It’s never been this consecutively poor. Never.
