Katie always allows plenty of time for each client. I also like how she restates what you have asked her to do, and then again, at the end of your service she will restate what she did. I've been to many different hair stylists, but she's the one for me. I never get a bad cut...ever.

Was told during consultation that results may not be as curly as desired and was warmed about the damage of a perm. When asked after if she COULD do it she said yes. Mind you this perm was given to my 15 year old daughter with virgin hair. After paying 75$ +tip, being told that it would "spring up" after the first wash we followed her introductions implicitly and don't wash until tues morning. We bought curl products and a diffuser and this morning (4days later) my daughter's hair hasn't a single curl. When I asked for a refund the reply was one that was dismissive and lacking in any apology or offer to fix it she also refused to refund our money and then told me "we are done here". I have spoken with a few.other stylists with more then 20 years experience and they are appalled as am I.
