Star Auto Body did an amazing job fixing the hail damage on my Cadillac! Mike, the new owner, made the whole process painless by working directly with my insurance and keeping me updated. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating dealing with car repairs, but Mike was professional, honest, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in their work. Really appreciated how trustworthy and professional he was. My car looks PERFECT — highly recommend!

I had bad body damage on my truck, I took it to Star Auto Body and they worked with my Insurance and in no time had my truck back and it looked amazing. I would recommend them to anybody.

DO NOT GO HERE. Tried to charge me over $1000 to fix my ac which wasn’t broken until they had it, then I found out the only reason it doesn’t work bc they took out my pressure switch and replaced it with a bolt. they deliberately took out the sensor then told me my system was broke to get more money out of me. Do not go here if you have any self dignity.

0/10 would not recommend this place. October of 2023 I took my car to get fixed due to a wreck I was in that had my entire underside of the car messed up. Whenever I picked my car up, the ac did not work and the underneath of my car was not fixed. My bumper started cracking within a couple weeks. Now that today I went to go get my AC fixed, they are trying to say that I was in another wreck since October because the entire underside of my car is messed up. Yet, when I took it there in October, it was to get that entire underside fixed! I think I would know if I was in another wreck since October. Now they are saying the car being messed up underneath is what has caused my AC to not work. So now, not only was I scammed out of a $3k insurance check in October given to them to fix my car, I am now without AC in 90 degree heat with 2 kids in my car. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Absolutely shouldn't be considered a body shop, they only do small fixes and can't fix anything like a simple core support. Rude owners who do not want to help the customer out or even recommend somewhere to go.

Brought our 2020 Santa Fe sport here from St Clair county Illinois hit by golf ball size hail. 3 days later done and beautiful. Great service outstanding in their field . Going to get the next 2 vehicles done as well. Great family owned body shop! Here is pics of my 2007 Jeep wrangler x from hail damage another 5 star job .Service: Painting
