Called first thing Saturday morning to verify it was still there and upon confirmation made the hour journey down. As a bonus, when I arrived I found out they also sell and service Ferris mowers. I have had fits with my two local dealers and general disinterest and lack of knowledge. I met with Bill Kraft and quickly learned that he was incredibly knowledgeable about both the mowers and the trailers. His approachable demeanor pretty much sealed the deal on both the trailer and my future parts and service needs for my mower, despite the fact that they are 3 times the distance of my closest dealer. Bonus points to the way he handled an issue with the state registration website and had my temporary plate in the mail to me on the next business day. Highly recommend!”
