There was blood spots on 2 different pillows in the room there were stains on the sheets and I found a bug in the bed also the guy refused a refund when we weren’t even in the room an hour

Made reservations online. Got to the hotel. They were full up. Never received our reservation. We spent another 20 minutes making sure they didn't charge us for a room that we couldn't get! You got the one star you deserved!

Had reservations at hotel in advance and they sold our rooms before 5 pm . And had no remorse and refused to help us cancel the reservation.told me to call the 1800 number or use my app Spent an hour on the phone with customer service to try to get it canceled and get our money back . Was told someone will call back in 5 days .

This location has bed bugs. Rooms appeared to be clean and maybe recently remodeled. Unfortunately I have bed bug bites all over me after staying here for 1 night

If you have a pet they won't give you the new rooms they give you smoking rooms that are also dirty and my pet at least was clean I did not stay here didn't want to smell the room all night and maybe get bed bugs.

We found mouse in our room on the second day of our stay. Also, the blanket on the bad was very stinky when we came.

Stumbled upon this little hidden gem by accident and have been more than pleased. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the property is clean ad quiet and the customer service is above and beyond. I will add this to my travel journal as a winner.
Rooms: Floor plan maximized for comfort and cleanliness. No carpet is a major plus.
Walkability: There are several convenient stores.Truck stops and restaurants all within a comfortable walk.
Food & drinks: Denny's food and service is amazing and the pizza joint.

Noteworthy details: The proprietors of the motel were extremely helpful. My husband was driving a 26 foot long uhaul truck with car and trailer attached and could not back it out properly to go to the area where the trucks were parked. The gentleman and his nephew helped to guide him out of a very frustrating situation. They all were very gracious and accommodating. The room was perfect for the two of us, very clean and comfortable. We definitely would visit again.
