Aaron went above and beyond helping my husband today; apparently there is a new return policy that we were unaware of; both Aaron and my husband were on the phone with guest services trying to resolve the issue and though it took a while Aaron did what he needed to do and helped us. Thanks again Aaron for the great customer service.

I went in the store with my old milk bottle and I took the plastic cover off of it and filled it with Tea …. Lil lady comes up to me with the milk plastic I took off while I was at the counter and she started yelling sir you took this off . You have to pay for the milk. I’m sooo pissed I don’t know what to say. She accused me of stealing milk when I’m getting a refill . Cuz of my color I guess…smh I don’t really know why she would do that. I hate it here

Very very very very clean store, showers and restroom. Don't know how they do it, but they should be an exemplary store in the chain. This Pilot puts any Loves to shame. Paired with great customer service this was an outstanding experience.
Even the fan in the shower was clean and without any dust.

I go in there at 5:00 in the morning and they've got absolutely nothing out for breakfast. I asked him about the French toast tornados and they act like they've never even heard of them.... Asking them a question made them look like a deer in headlights....

The staff at this location, were great. Helping customers with a nice smile. Makes us the costumers feel good. Also i have to say that this young fella named Julian. He was cleaning the showers in a way that I never seen before. He was leaving those showers super clean. Great job. Thank you Julian.

Really wide open space with plenty of parking for cars or trucks, hot showers and plenty of food choices around in walking distance if you don’t want to eat at Denny’s inside pilot they have Burger King next-door and on the other side is a pizza place. They have good salads really good menu too.

The staff here is beyond amazing! A bumper clip came off/broke when I was traveling from WI to AR. This was the first place I saw to stop. A staff member and the manager saw what I was trying to do and came to help! I was so grateful for their help. I was traveling with my kids and was not familiar with the area. We were so appreciative of their help! Great place!!!

Stopped here on our way down to Champaign. The cashier Garrett made it a great stop, he was very friendly, helpful, checkout/gas prepay was super easy, we will definitely come back if we’re ever passing through again. Props to Garrett, he’s doing a great job.
