“The franchise owner, Roy, was extremely helpful when I broke the screen on my Google Pixel 6 Pro! Not only was the screen broken, but one of the main memory chips was scorched, and needed replaced as well. Initially, I was given a quote for the parts and labor to replace the screen, but obviously didn't know anything about the chip until the screen was off. Well, when I went in to check it out, Roy not only loaned me a phone to use while they waited on the parts, but he also told me that they were going to stick with the originally quoted price and not charge me for the additional parts and labor! Now, I'm a returning customer here because of something similar he did for my brother years ago before he owned the place, and will absolutely be a return customer here if I rver have issues again because of the way they do business here. I will be recommending CPR Glen Carbon to anyone I know having phone troubles. Thanks Roy!”
