Was slandered, discriminated against, harassed, bullied, and threatened by the current assistant manager, and was treated poorly, she did not care if i was happy with my purchase. Slackers and Best Buy treated me better then this.

Me and my friends have all had the same experience. There was a guy working who kept talking about his multiple wives and held me and my friends stuff after we paid so we couldn’t leave and had to talk to him. Everyone I know and myself has said we were very uncomfortable and will never go to this game stop again

Place is a joke. Called multiple times but I guess the employee was too busy talking to his friend. Didn’t accept my call once. Walked in and guess what? It worked. By your games online or from a different distributor. Can’t trust you to answer a phone? Can’t trust you with my money. Thanks GameStop!

There's some staff that will hold you hostage with conversation. Not sure if this is a marketing ploy. Either way, I limit my time in this store.
