My vehicle was pretty much undrivable and I use it for work and to transport my 10 year old daughter to all her obligations and back and forth to school. It needed a front end alignment bad. Meineke Glen carbon was amazing and helped me more than I could ever possibly Express. Everyone was so nice and the owner is a great man. God bless them all and I have so much gratitude. If you find yourself in a similar situation don't go anywhere else.

Everyone I spoke with at Midas was friendly and professional. Ron was incredibly helpful and fixed the engine cover on my car super fast. Ron’s customer service exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend the Glen Carbon Midas!

Midas provides very quick service and the mechanics are skilled and competent. Ron quickly identified the problem with my car’s engine and gave me an affordable price for repairs. They were able to get my repair scheduled quickly and were able to get my car serviced in a matter of a few hours. I highly recommend, I will definitely be back for all my car maintenance and repair needs!

The manager Ron went above and beyond with an oil change and helped me understanding and purchase 4 tires. I normally don’t do reviews but I wanted to let people now that the entire staff are helpful and there are still people out there who do their job and pleasantly help others at the same time. I recommend this shop!

Been here twice, both times trying to get them to pinpoint a certain issue. Quoted quite high on both the issues. Okay, I get it but then also quoted me for things, like tires, and brakes (tires could be replaced eventually but brakes are perfectly fine). Also claimed I had an oil leak but they couldn’t find exactly where so they wanted to use a dye to find it and charge you $50 for it. Plus a diagnosis is $50. If you can’t afford it they’ll try and get you to open a credit card. Not sure if they try and overwhelm you with a litany of issues but it was a little much. Honestly if they would of just quoted me on the issue I came in about, I would’ve had them do it but I got the feeling they might be pulling one over on me. Be aware you might get squeezed.

My car got a check engine light and started acting erratically while I was on a cross country drive. I ended up stuck in Troy Illinois. I called multiple mechanics. They all told me it was definitely a transmission problem, and referred me to a specialist. The specialist heard how my car was behaving and told me my transmission needed to be replaced. I was in a really bad situation if this was the case. In a last ditch effort, I called Midas. They were the most friendly, straight forward mechanics I’ve talked to all day. It turns out all my car needed was the check engine code cleared to function normally on my way home. Ron saved me from a 4000 headache and travel complications. I wish I had mechanics like this at home. You can trust that Ron and staff will be honest and helpful with you. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else if I lived here. Thanks Ron and Stacy.

Stacy Murrell and Ron Farley were absolutely great. I use this location for most things because of the great staff, but most recently they caught some serious damage to my tires while doing an oil change. Definitely saved my life

Stacey was great taking care of my car problems and very kind, the mechanics were also very pleasant and I'm pretty sure they fixed my out of wack door too which I didnt ask them to do specifically so that was awesome, highly recommend!
