Absolute trash quality every time I have come here. Every time I come here it is at least 45 minutes after my appointment time to even get in. It took them an hour for one person before me last time I visited. What if I decided to show up 45 minutes late for my appointment? While their website is useful, the actual people are not. And to give you an idea of their horrible customer service, just notice that every response they have to negative reviews is a cut and paste; complete indicative of the lazy service they provide. I will go somewhere else in the future.

After waiting for my appointment I presented my digital drug test order. They told me they can't accept paperless because they need to scan it into their system. First of all, what year is this? Second, we were both standing within arm's-length of a printer and PC. There's multiple ways they could have printed this pdf from my phone to that printer but they refused to consider that. I was the only customer there. This wasn't a time issue, this was a "we don't care" issue.

Suzy!! I'm a nervous Nelly and Suzy (Susie?) was soooo kind and patient. She kept things lightheaded and was accommodating throughout the exam. She's exactly the kind of person someone like me needed today. Thank you!

I’m not sure why the ratings are so low here. I came to get blood drawn for my 6 year old and 2 year old and the young ladies Who helped us out we’re so patient, gentle and kind. Even though my daughter had to get poked twice was still good.

Mya at Glen Carbon IL Quest is great! Very pleasant & personable. This is the second time she drew blood from me & same results, no pain, I mean NO PAIN, I didn’t even feel a poke & was quick. Over heard a patient before me praising her as well, saying they didn’t feel a thing. Mya is an expert phlebotomist.

I get really apprehensive about getting blood work done, let alone at a place with such poor ratings. The appointment scheduling, the check-in process, and the text notification was all automated and easy. It's not a lounge it's a lab. It's pretty Spartan. But the people I dealt with were friendly and talented. The phlebotomist that did the blood draw was friendly and incredibly skilled.

I want to start off by saying the facility itself was fine. I have an issue with Quest as a company. I paid for 2 tests. I was able to set my appointment for the same day. Got there, in and out. Now for the deceiving part..I read that if your tests are bad that they will call you directly. I get a call the next day at 2:42pm saying that one of my tests were not good. The lady went on to say that they offer a free service for you to speak to a medical doctor and have all your questions answered. Being that this was Friday afternoon, I said I would like that. I could follow up with my doctor on Monday. She went on to say that she was sending me an email to fill out some qustions and the sooner I filled it out, the sooner the doctor would call me. She said they usually call between 4pm and 8pm. I go to fill out the questions. It wasn't about my health. It was a survey. I was hesitant but was told the sooner I filled it out, the better. I'm in panic mode about my test results. Here it is 8:30am the next morning. No doctor ever called me. This is cruel and heartless. I will never use this service again. At this point, I question if my results were even legit.

There's a young tech here who has rough interpersonal skills and flat affect. I think she might be neurodivergent or on the spectrum. She's not "nice" in the typical sense, which is why people might be saying she's rude. She was playing really annoying video game music on her computer -- like boops and bleeps, not like KDA or something where it's actually music. Generally, I'm willing to be patient when I encounter these folks, and I don't care about someone's "bedside manner," but I've been there twice where she couldn't get my blood, and it hurt as she was digging around. I have difficult veins, but no one has ever sent me home unsuccessfully before. It's not totally her fault, though -- she was a bit harried being there alone -- it's Quest's fault for understaffing. Get this poor woman some help.

Horrible, do not go here. I was only 2 minutes late, and the machine would not let me check in and forced me to change my appointment. The building is practicly empty with only 1 worker present and she has no authority over the machine.
