“Offers affordable storage near my home. Offered 1st month rental for free. Had a one time fee of like $29, which included lock and 2 keys. Monthly rental fee was almost $40 less a month than I had been paying for same size area at another storage place. Was able to make all arrangements over the phone. Lock and keys were left in unit for me.”

The property is always clean, well lit, and the two access gates make it so I’ve never had a long wait to get in or out. My unit stayed dry all winter and everything is in good condition after a round of each season. Even when the property management company changed in the last year, communication was timely and clear. When I’ve had questions, I always get a prompt response. Highly recommend for anyone needing storage in the area.”

“This company did what very few do-they listened. I had a lot of trouble with billing issues when they first took over, then out of nowhere gate codes didn’t work. Twice I came out and couldn’t get in. It even cost me some money not being able to access the unit. It had just reached a point of pure frustration. So, I left a negative review. Then, to my surprise, the management called me, they went out and figured out the issue and made it right. The owner handled the situation quickly and professionally.
Honestly, the facility and overall experience is a 3-star at best. But the positive and professional manner with which management resolved a problem definitely warrants the 4! Only reason I can’t do 5 stars is, I wish the issue had been handled without me having to resort to a negative review. The moment they knew there was an issue would have been the time to fix it, not weeks later after it happened again. Still, the fact they finally handled it and made it right definitely was impressive. Thank you.”

The staff members Al and Ian along with the owners were helpful, and professional the day I came in to rent a uhaul.They extended me good customer service by recommending a company to help me move some unwanted furniture out of my storage unit. I had no idea where I was going to dispose of the furniture or how I was going to load it on the truck. The awesome gentelman from Junkease came out the same evening loaded and disposed of the furniture for me at a great price. They truly blessed me that day. Thank again for your help”
