I received a response from a review I had submitted asking what you guys can do to help. I would simply like to purchase a mailbox that I can younas a permanent mailing address. The store wants to make it difficult to do so and its not needed. I have a copy of my voter registration from the city hall with a signature on it and your store is saying it's not enough.
Are you going to help and make it easy or difficult for me to do so, based on your response provided to my review?

The associates working at this store are always friendly and helpful and do not seem overwhelmed by the number of customers entering the store. They are always smiling and ready to help.

UPS used to have great customer service and staff when they where in their previous location. It seems the staff attitude changed when they got better and bigger location. I felt the bad customer service experience last couple of time and ignored it thinking it may be due to all the changes going on. But this time, I just walked out since there is no reason to put up with such rude staff. It was the Staff on the first counter on left when we enter to the store @ about 12:30 pm, a medium tall girl. She couldn't even explain why I am charged for the envelope this time, when it was not charged before. It wasn't the charge, but the rude way she responded. She even not bother to give me back the envelope. I had to reach out and take it from her table. She was so rude that I was willing to drive to Fedex at Collinsville and pay more the stand by this girl's rudeness. Interestingly, the Fedex staff was extremely polite and nice and unexpectedly $5.60 cheaper than the girl quoted for a flat envelope shipment @UPS. ($10 flat fee at Fedex vs $15.80 at UPS with Envelope charge). Of course I am going to try again since this is very close to me than driving to Collinsville and hoping not to see this kind of staff next time at UPS .

There are no signs until you pull up to the new location.
Which is visible buried by surrounding buildings.
I was told glenn carbon won't allow them to have a sign on the traffic side.
Bad on u glenn carbon!!!

Shout out to KATE for a job well done!!!! If it wasn’t for her I never would have survived all the packages I had to return!!!
