This place is woefully inaccurate with its orders and the pharmacy tech refused to give the corporate number for complaints. The guy in front of me had to get it from the cashier up front.I've lost all trust in the pharmacy here and will be moving all my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Takes forever for them to answer the phone, blames everyone else for not having your script ready, then refuses to do their job with customer service and you literally have to forcefully ask for their corporate number to get it and stare at you like you are stupid when you prove to them you submitted the request for your perscription to be filled at the location. I mean I thought that you had to get a college degree to be a pharmacy tech. how could they be this inept? I know that thinking like a human being is hard for some people, I didn’t expect the people that handle my medications to be this idiotic that they say it’s filled at a location repeatedly to send it to another location all together and the other location doesn’t even have it. I swear to god that most of these people have been dropped on their head as children so no wonder people are having issues getting their medications from them. If I could give them negative stars it would be a -5 star rating for the level of disrespect and risk to my health that they take.

Whoever answers the phone for this pharmacy is SO RUDE! No customer service and telling me I'm wrong without being helpful or friendly. Transferring everything to CVS immediately and NEVER shopping at my old favorite store, Walgreens.

If you have a camera or a disposable camera, do not turn it in here or at any other Walgreens. My 7th grade class went on a camping trip, and I brought a disposable camera with me with 27 photos. A few weeks later, I turn it in. 2 weeks later I get it back with 27 BLURRY PHOTOS. Plus, the prints cost more than the actual caera itself. DON'T TURN IN YOUR CAMERA HERE.

Cashier working today was super friendly! She even said my name and wished me a good day! Not often that happens! Her names not on my recipes but she's a bit older and she was awesome!

Worst Pharmacy around! I wouldn't even give them 1 star. This Pharmacy has the rudest employees I've ever encountered, on the phone and in person. Their tone is always rude, they have snarky responses and belittle people. My family has had numerous issues with our prescriptions. Once they only gave us 1 of 2 bottles of antibiotics for our baby and argued with us that we just weren't measuring the dose correctly. Half the time when I call to check on a prescription that was called in 45 minutes ago, they'll say "I don't see anything for this...." Then I'll say I watched my doctor put the order in 45 minutes ago and then they'll say "oh it looks like it just came through, it'll be about an hour before it's ready." They don't even acknowledge customers standing in line. A simple "we'll be right with you" "thanks for your patience" would go a long way but they just don't care.

Multiple terrible experiences with use of the pharmacy. DO NOT use this pharmacy for vaccines. Minimum wait is 1 hour following appointment time. Use Maryville or Edwardsville location. MUCH better service.

Easily the worst Walgreens pharmacy in the area. I'm a couple minutes from this location and have my prescriptions sent to Maryville after countless occurrences of them not seeing a prescription then magically finding it later, watching the entire staff stand around and joke while many customers are waiting, and general lack of organization (including a very old pharmacist once telling me he "doesn't really get computers"). It's pretty clear that management at this location sets the bar exceptionally low in the pharmacy, and customers suffer as a result.

I have problems with prescriptions about half the time. That is way to much! I travel for work and they just don’t care when they can’t deliver! I was traveling to the Chicago area and went by to pickup my prescriptions before leaving and they screwed them up as usual. They told me they couldn’t help me. I transferred them to a helpful Walgreens up there. Terrible!
