Michael was a delight. Went back to get our phone set up and we were met by the rudest, insolent young woman clerk I have ever come across in my life. Left and went to Wheaton where they were lovely. Never ever going to ATT Glen Ellen again. Best of luck to the owner of the franchise. If possible there would be zero stars.

My phone will not turn on. I went in for help and got nowhere. They could not get the phone to turn on and I could not buy a new phone because I was not the account holder. I was told I could take it in to a repair shop. I asked where I could go, the response was I don;t know. I asked if they could call my wife who is the account holder and they would not. Now I am paying fees for a phone I cannot use. Maybe this company has gotten too big and unresponsive to customers.....update, I went to a different ATT store in the evening and that stored handled my situation without hesitation

I just walked up to the store and an employee was unlocking the door. I tried to ask a simple question about bringing a phone in and and he wouldn't even consider talking to me. Rushed in the door and ignored me. Very unprofessional. I've been a attt customer for over 20 years. I'm fed up with this company's store employees.

There is a current promo going on that you can trade in any phone any condition and get a particular samsung for free. I wanted 512gb memory and was prepared to buy 3 phones. The young bearded man told me first that I can't get 512 because they don't keep them in the store because nobody is buying them. Maybe they don't buy them because you don't make them available. Second, he looked over my phone and said I could not trade it in. It has no value, maybe I could look around my house and bring in something else. What happened to any phone any condition?

Do not go to this store. Pick a different AT&T. They are not trained well here They made a mess for me. Cost me 750$. Also very rude to seniors.

I went to this store because I spoke to someone on the phone and they inadvertently put my information with the previous customers name that they were working with. I spent approximately eight hours with Mario, who worked diligently to correct this error. He was polite, professional and had the patience of a saint. Thank you Mario for all of your hard work.

This review is for Mike a ATT help line representative. I received a VIP2500 replacement cable box and could not get it to work. Mike spent 45 minutes with me and we succeeded in getting it to sync up. A pleasant surprise from the normalply long wait times I've experienced in the past. Mike Mohr Glen Ellyn,Il.

While we thought our initial meeting with this store went well, when we got our next bill we were VERY frustrated because of the increase in charges. We were told, quite emphatically, by the store manager, Mario, that our charges would be the same. My next bill was $130 higher. He told us nothing about one time activation and proration charges. But the biggest issue is that he added insurance to all of our phone lines without asking or telling us! It feels like they are pushing the sale of new lines…wonder if they receive some sort of bonus for that because it made us feel like a “bait and switch” scheme. Had to call AT&T directly to rectify and learned that this is only an authorized dealer and not one of their own stores. Highly disappointed
