I stopped in to Spokes on the way home to get new pedals and Basel told me to bring my bike in, and he and the tech installed the pedals, inspected the bike, and walked me through the different features and tips to properly maintain the bike. “I'm not a major biker and have a fairly old bike. I brought my bike in for a tune up and had a great experience. They were professional, thorough, patient and friendly. The bike was fixed up in a very timely manner at a fair price. After a couple days of riding, I thought the seat might need a little adjustment and I was told to just bring it in. I did, an adjustment was made, and they wanted to watch me ride it around a bit outside to make sure it was good. Very impressed that they wanted to make sure I was happy. And I am: I highly recommend The Bike Hub.”
