Manager Keith doesn't have any management experience and doesn't know how to solve problems efficiently and professionally. Terrible. Needs training for sure. Did not even apologize. He is king. Customer is nothing!

Like any other Binnys accept this location is out dated. Good customer service and free cigar boxes when they have extras.
