Beer is priced lower on the shelves than it rings-up. The cashier thanked me for understanding that it isn't his fault, as apparently he has customers get aggressive over this issue every night. I'm pretty sure that this is illegal. Do better, Casey's.

Both the gentleman working at the counter and the gentleman working at the pizza counter were friendly, polite, and helpful. Absolutely excellent employees were working tonight!

This store is sad, disgusting, and a complete waste of a Casey's general store. There are so many employees in the day shift that are lazy in making the kitchen food/pizza. At lunch hour you will find at least 2 on smoking breaks🤮☠️and as soon as lunch is over about 1:30-2 pm all of these useless employees leave at the same time shutting down the entire kitchen and only leaving bare minimum of prepared food. Im here now at 1:07 pm and the male cashier stated that despite the kitchen closing at 8 pm all the employees left for the day leaving the old man by himself. All he could do was shrug his shoulders and say that he couldn't do anything about it. I visit Casey's often to buy their fresh made pizza oftentimes spending $50 or more to feed the family or coworkers but this location falls too damn short to ever consider coming to this location for anything, even ice. Casey's needs to look into this matter because they are losing money when they are not selling their most demanded items such as hot foods and pizza. Casey's is losing money when it's employees don't care enough about the customers to formally inform them that the kitchen closes early whenever they feel like it. I will send my workers and family members elsewhere to get what we desire if Casey's doesn't do better.

This is the worst caseys I've ever stepped foot in. I've been coming in here for a bottle of tea the last few months, and it's ALWAYS the same. Self-service stations are disgusting and always missing lids cups or straws. The ready-made food is always out 6+ hours after the enjoy by date. The employees ignore the customers and also seem to ignore each other. Guys are standing around while the older guy at the register has a line of 7 people. A disgrace to the caseys brand name. caseys has always been the place I go to for fresh pizza slices, foods, coffee, and drinks. Not pizza that has been sitting there for 6 hours on the warmer

Online ordered two pizzas. Said would be ready in 20 mins. Arrived 20 mins after placing order, they were just taking the receipt off the printer, said they just got it and would be another 20 mins. Receipt had been sitting in printer for 20 mins and was the only one and no one looked at it. Ugh! Cashier sitting in chair drinking a pop behind counter. Place was filthy.

I work at this Casey's an I want to say thank you to Amy Wiel. We really do try our best to keep the customers satisfied. Only thing is I'm glad Bhaumik has been kind to you but he is not our store manager. He is one of our best employees. Our store manager name is Jen. Again thanks for your kind words.

I truly cannot believe some of the ridiculous, bad reviews I'm reading on here. Stores cannot help it when they are out of stock on something. It's usually because their vendor does not have it. They also cannot help that somebody leaves a piece of pizza out by a gas pump. They cannot run out there and clean every 10 minutes. I love this Casey's. Every time I go there, the employees are friendly and helpful. It's always clean. The store manager, Bhaumik (I hope I spelled it correctly) is wonderful when it comes to customer service. I stop there often on my way home from work. They have better gas prices than anyone around and, as I said, the store is always clean. Sometimes the hot food station may not be open but finding staff these days is very hard, especially reliable staff. We all do the best we can with what we have. It's not their fault. Customer service is horrible everywhere these days so, I greatly appreciate the wonderful customer service I get here. I'll continue to patronize this location as long as I can.

On December 8th my son went in to have a interview with the manager Jen. She said she had to talk it over with the other manager. And she would call him on Monday December 11th she never called. He has been calling every day and no one and I mean no answer the phone. He tries different times throughout the day and one point he waited thirty minutes and still no one answered the phone. The reason why I'm writing this is because my son is special needs. Undeliverable!!
