I need to report a employee trying to steal customers money to buy lottery tickets at this location.
I went to buy a polar pop. I tried to use my link card it declined. I noticed two $3 lottery tickets were added on the charge.
The employee told me I should have let him know it was a link card and there was a different way to ring up link cards.
He then removed the two lottery tickets and ran the card the exact same way. With the drink being the only thing on the charge the link card went through.
I know he wasn't able to steal from me but I'm letting you know in case he tries this again.
I will not be coming back to this location obviously.
The male employee. A white male at around 3:20pm at this location was the employee that tried to make the fraudulent charge.

My 18-year-old daughter went to buy a lottery ticket and was refused. Clerk said her driver's license picture is vertical as are all driver's licenses in the state of Illinois for drivers under 21. She said her manager instructed her to not sell to anyone with a vertical license. Not sure if that is true or if she was just to lazy to look at my daughters date of birth. I went back with my daughter and tried to figure out what was going on. By then she refused to give me her managers number or provide the manager and wouldn't sell me the lottery tickets. I went to the BP station and had my daughter buy the lottery tickets. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years at this location. Not anymore. Getting in from Park Ave can be frustrating at times. They do have a good car wash and I was considering doing a monthly pass but it's always out of order.

The lady who attends at the counter is always in a bad mood and treats the customer very badly. I have gone three times and she always treats the customer badly, they should give a course of treatment to the public, the company should take forecasts

I was just here (Wednesday 12/21/22@about 7pm) and had the most amazing experience. I was putting air in my tires and when I got to the last one, it didn’t seem to be working. It was letting air out of my tire. I couldn’t figure out what was going on, the tires are new! I was panicking, thinking I would have to put my donut on, when in a moment of desperation I went and asked the attendants (a short-haired woman and a really tall man, I’m sorry I didn’t get your names) if they’d seen anything like that. Right away they knew what was wrong. They walked over and checked if my pin was crooked and it was. They offered to try it and see if they could help. One used their cell phone flashlight and the other did the air. Got me back up from 8PSI to 32PSI and made sure to check no air was coming out before letting me drive off! I was so grateful I could have cried. I wanted to hug them. Thank you so much!! Please give them a raise or a gift card or something, they saved me tonight.

Sign posted for cashews said $3.99 for one container. It rang up as $9.99. I informed the cashier the price wasn’t the same as was posted. They made excuses and said the sign wasn’t in the right spot which I had confirmed. They then proceeded to tell me it was because I hadn’t bought 2 for “the deal.” No deal was listed, both cashiers brushed the issue aside and didn’t even offer to cancel the purchase out. Terrible customer service.

I visit this location when I am working in the area. I have never had a bad experience here! It is always clean, bathrooms are clean, shelves neat and orderly. Let's chat about the staff. I had the pleasure of interacting with both Vince and Brooke. Amazing - left here with a big smile. Yes Vince and Brooke, I will have a great day. Thank you! In this world of "me first" - we must remember to be kind and patient; we're all in this together.
