The hygienist was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional! They are the reason I have not been to a dentist since, nor will I be going for a while. My experience was traumatizing and belittling.

I had the best dental visit and cleaning here about a week ago. Every staff member was pleasant, friendly, and fun. The hygienist was one of the kindest and gentlest. It felt like just as much of a social call as anything else, and my teeth felt great!Today I revisited to handle some fillings, and the team was just as friendly and helpful. Dental work isn't always fun, but everyone here made me feel safe and comfortable. They were even patient with my when my numb tongue went rogue. =) The services reflected what we discussed in our estimate last week, and I was in and out pretty quickly despite the amount of work they had to do.

Everyone was very professional and did not have an issue with the staff themselves. Though, I went in for a routine (yearly) cleaning and xrays like what my insurance covers. I was very direct with the staff and doctor that is what I came in for. I do not have issues with my teeth other than an occasional cavity (which I have not had in a few years now). I was told that everything I had done was covered under my insurance (I gave them the name and number for any questions). About 3 months later I recieved a bill in the mail for $182 for a Panoramic X-Ray for "treatment". I did not recieve a treatment or was given a treatment plan. I went to my insurance and filed a refusal of payment for the service provided for the Panoramic X-Ray. Fortunately my insurance was able to cover a portion but I am still having to pay out of pocket. I understand it was "covered under insurance" but that is not what I had my appointment set for.

I had an appointment for 10 am, but after my X-rays were taken was left to wait for 30 minutes (still waiting!) until my cleaning started. This is making me late to an important work meeting. I’m disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but here I am. Do not come to this business!!!!! Not only is the staff rude and unprofessional, but they do not take care of their customers the way a business should. I was given a cap by this business and less than six months later it broke off. I was told that they would fix it free of charge. However, a few months afterward, I suddenly started getting bills with zero explanation. I tried reaching out to the business several times for an explanation but unfortunately they cannot keep a dentist so they're often closed OR the phone just rings off the hook. Their voicemail doesn't direct you to their voicemail, but directs you to corporate. Corporate and I had a conversation about this and THEY has tried contacting them multiple times to no reply as well. DO NOT GO HERE. TAKE TOUR BUSINESS TO A FAMILY DENTIST.

Absolutely took advantage of me and trying to over charge .. relentless fake billing..Be very careful...I wouldn't go here again.** they agreed in prices ( charged more then my insurance.) I paid all in full... after any appointment Then years later they keep sending bills that were agreed and paid for. Must be the new owners trying to collect more..BAD BUSINESS

Everyone there from the dentist to the knowledgeable and helpful front staff and friendly dental assistant were completely amazing. I am so grateful for how kind they were. The dentist is very inviting! Best dentist visit ever! (Even though I had cavities) lol

Don't go!!! I scheduled the appointment 1 month before and I never received the confirmation message after the scheduling. I called them twice to send me the confirmation message and they didn't do it after my first call, and delayed sending me the message for 1 week after my second call. I finally received my confirmation message 2 days before the appointment, but on the appointment day, they said my appointment was cancelled. I called them to ask for explanation. They didn't give a reason and the person answered the phone was hard to communicate due to his spoken language. Overall, this team is extremely unprofessional, irresponsible and disappointing.

Just had another great cleaning and check up from Sharon. She is a wonderful dental hygienist, giving a thorough and comprehensive exam. Her knowledge and experience adds a great deal to Dental Works.

The blended new and old staff are great! This new dentist at the Glen Ellyn facility is the best I've encountered in my 72 years. I will be recommending him and the Glen Ellyn DentalWorks to everyone I encounter.

Scheduled an appointment well in advance, requested the afternoon off from work only to receive a text message the morning of my appointment cancelling it. These offices always post that there will be a fee incurred for missed appointments or appointments being cancelled without 24hr notice, it should swing both ways and they should pay us the fee when they cancel!!!

Literally the worst experience ever with a dentist! Don't bother booking an appointment. I get a message the day before my appointment confirming. Then the day of I get a message saying they canceled on me. I call their call center to ask what happened. They said they'd work it out and get right back to me. I get another text confirming my appointment is still on. I then show up and they say it was canceled. What a joke. I take off work in the afternoon and no one has the decency to call their patient to let them know what's going on? Never again. Done with them. On top of that, I get a message tonight asking how my non existent appointmentwas! Like seriously?! If they charged me for an appointment I didn't even get to go to I'll be reporting them for insurance fraud.
