DeSitter Flooring provided great service for our LVP flooring purchase and installation. Paul Massey was our salesperson and helped us throughout the process. He was kind, patient, and answered all of our questions. The installers, Chris and Jim, did a beautiful job! They were kind, professional,
and thorough, and also answered our questions. They completed the first project last year, and are scheduled to return in the near future for the next project. We look forward to seeing the finished work! Thank you as well to the other staff, including - Anthony, Mitchell & Karen?

Best BAIT & SWITCH scam in suburban Chicago! This is how it works. You’ll walk into a luxury showroom with all manner of high end flooring available, whether carpet, luxury vinyl plank, etc. You’ll be enticed by the friendly salesperson who ‘works the numbers’ (much like a car dealership) to your budget. You’ll be told about their great warranty and how they stand behind every product they sell and install. DON’T YOU DARE FALL FOR IT! We’ve talked to 3 neighbors with the exact same problem. Supposed high end, high cost flooring fails SPECTACULARLY to live up to its specs. That’s when the ‘fun’ starts. Go ahead and just try to make a claim against that great warranty they told you about. Did you CLEAN your carpet every year? Professionally? Where are those receipts? You should get it cleaned. Vinyl flooring? Did you get it ‘stretched’ to resolve that large bubble that formed from warping due to poor installation by OUR crew? No? Well, we WON’T replace that floor, we won’t refund your money, and we won’t discount you on a replacement floor. We WILL however send the SAME CREW that screwed it up the first time to come out and stretch it for you…1x, 2x, 4x! Oh, that didn’t work? Guess what, now you’re OUT OF WARRANTY! I WISH I WAS MAKING THIS UP, FOLKS! These people are world class con artists and you’re their next mark if you think it won’t happen to you. Photos are of high end ‘pet-proof carpet’ installed 4 years ago. Professional cleaners have come 5x in that time (more than DeSitter warranty required). Stains won’t come out. DeSitter is doing nothing for us.

Great service, great job!
They refinished my wood floors and it’s looks like I got brand new floors. Process was extremely smooth from beginning to end. Different than majority companies, they work around my schedule, went through all process multiple times and even came after job done to see if all is good.

I would give zero stars if possible. I love the flooring product we picked out however the install and subsequent re-attempts to install correctly have made our remodel very disappointing.

They didn’t complete our project, and three years later are taking us to court over the unpaid portion of our bill (after not having responded to our calls during the installation). I’d sooner do the work myself than ever let DeSitter into my home again.

I had a great experience with DeSitter Flooring. Paul is so helpful and knowledgeable - and PATIENT!! I changed my mind so many names and he never seemed annoyed. The guys who came out to install the floor and rip out the old carpeting were very polite and informative as well. They did a great job on the installation.
