Very bad and slow service. Picking up the pre-booked motorhome took 5 hours without any instructions. Unimaginable, never again.

El Monte is the BEST RV rental company in the country. Their Customer Service is first class and their RVs are the most reliable and comfortable on trips. We love Glenn and the team in McKinney Texas, they make every adventure SO much fun.
